777a7 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777a7 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 777a7 online casino and sports betting platform at https://777a7.org. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 777a7 platform. The English version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.

3Account Registration

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777a7 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. 777a7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. No processing fees are applied to standard deposits made through these approved payment methods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 777a7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). 777a7 may require a national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time requests or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Funds deposited on 777a7 may only be used for placing wagers on the platform. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling activity — including attempting to exploit payment processing systems — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Standard withdrawal processing is same-day for amounts within normal transaction ranges, subject to verification. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required. 777a7 will notify the affected player of any delay and the reason for it.

5Bonuses and Promotions

777a7 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for a given bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms and must be fulfilled using real-money wagers on eligible games.
• Bonuses are issued to a single account per player, per household address and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• If you choose to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any bonus-funded winnings will be forfeited. Only the real-money balance net of bonus-funded winnings will remain available for withdrawal.
• Seasonal and event-linked promotions — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh promotions — are subject to the same general bonus terms and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion communication.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777a7. Any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or assisting or facilitating platform access by any person under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation or collusion with other players for the purpose of exploiting betting markets or game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other illegal source. 777a7 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities and reports suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code or underlying logic from any part of the 777a7 platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, deposit, withdrawal or bonus claim.

777a7 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate action without prior notice. 777a7's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process in these Terms.

7Responsible Gaming

777a7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within account settings.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. A deposit limit takes effect immediately once set and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours from the time of the increase request.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play, encouraging breaks and healthy self-monitoring habits.
• Self-exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period (minimum 1 day, maximum indefinite). 9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777a7's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as set out below.

• 777a7 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or from any interruption, suspension or termination of services.
• 777a7 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, internet outages, power disruptions, natural disasters or acts of government.
• In any event, 777a7's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 777a7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10Privacy and Data Protection

777a7 collects, processes and stores personal data provided by players during registration, account management, payment processing and customer support interactions. Personal data is processed for the purposes of operating the platform, verifying player identity, preventing fraud and complying with applicable legal obligations.

11Account Suspension and Termination

777a7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time. The following are grounds on which 777a7 may exercise this right.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 6.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by 777a7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraudulent activity or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion, or 777a7's determination that continued platform access poses a risk to a vulnerable player.

Where an account is terminated for cause (including breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity), bonus funds and bonus-funded winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, net of any amounts owed to 777a7, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12Amendments to These Terms

777a7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 777a7 will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, no less than 7 days prior to the change taking effect (except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by urgent operational necessity).

Continued use of 777a7 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations. 777a7 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

If the complaint cannot be resolved through this process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
